Hi all,
Due to space limitation and standardization (yes the origin of the user frame is fixed and is not in discussion to change it any time sooner), the current plan is to teach uframe first with the origin of the uframe at an offset of the final real user frame origin.
Is there any way to shift the user frame as a whole based on another point?
I look through Roboguide and there is a Uframe Offset Utility , however what i understand is that this is for changing uframe in a prgram while preserving the points, and is not really suitable for the application I'm looking for.
Currently, I was thinking to just teach the uframe first, and then just move the robot to the real final origin point, direct entry it the X, Y position into the uframe and call it a day.
I was wondering if there is a better way to do this, or if the way i mentioned above is valid or not?
Open to any suggestiions!!!
