Actually DO[101] already is in use and does not match the DO101 from the TCM. This we checked. I'd guess I have to assign the signal somehow to the TCM / JRM18 but I don't know where or how.
BTW:
UOP auto assignment is at Full but I'm missing the UO[6] Fault at DO[82] as the manual says is the standard assignment: -
The Rack for the TCM in Mini Plus controllers is the same as the JRM15/16 or CRMA57/58 in Mate controllers, or the JRM18 in Compact plus, namely Rack 48.
Regarding the Auto assignment of UOP I/Os, I have no clue. Can't you manually assign them?
-
Did you properly connect 24 V and 0 V to the JRM18 board? Could you provide some screenshots of the IO config screens (DI/DO and UI/UO)?!

Ah, ok. Thanks for the hint.

As far as I can see the board is connected correctly.
Yes, of course:

Maybe the UOP auto assignment went for the I/O bus (EtherCat?) in favor for the JRM18 (Rack 48)?
All of your UOP I/Os seems to have been assigned. If you want any of those on something else than EtherCat, then you'll simply have to assign them manually to where ever you want them.

Thanks. According to the screenshots nothing ist configured to rack 48.

Yeah. I tried like you described in this posting but all I got was this (replicated in RoboGuide)
What makes me wonder is that if I configure this way in RoboGuide it works:
Edit
Even more surprising:
At the FANUC the assignment up to start 16 shows PEND. From 17 it shows INVAL.

The JRM18 board has only 20 DIs and 16 DOs. However, I don't know why it is working in ROBOGUIDE.

Well ... I guess this would explain the behavior.
I just have assigned all of the DOs but no signal will be set at the TCM if I set all of them manually on IO-Screen.
For now, we'll take the detour via the SPS and look at the topic again after the Hannover Messe.
