Today there was a problem with the old XRC. The robot is UP6 in welding mode.
The robot had completed the program and was waiting for the piece to be changed. It had blew the F3 fuse during that time. I changed the fuse and the machine started, but now it has that I/O communication alarm (1) 0060
I checked that the impact sensor cable of the torch is not short-circuited and I also disconnected the wiring harness of the cleaning station, but the fault does not go away.
I also test those cables disconnected between the cards, but they seemed to be well in place and Ok.
So, something probably broke and blew the fuse. What should you try changing first?
