Fanuc Roboguide iPendent not Opening

    Hi All,

    I am using Roboguide V9(REV.ZJ) in Windows 11. When I press the Ipendent icon, The pendent Icon is visible in the taskbar of my computer screen but the teach pendent screen is not opening. When I click the pendant icon in the taskbar, nothing happens. please give your comments.

    Note:

    I have re-installed my software and cleared my registry but no response. Does anybody face this kind of problem?

    Are you running off a laptop?

    If so, I would try to add an additional monitor and see if the virtual pendant is opening up on the other display. The pendant location is retentive between RoboGuide instances; if it was ever opened successfully on another display and then shut down, it will try to open the pendant on that display the next time, even if that display is now missing.

    Kinda a long shot, but who knows...
