Hello dear forum members,
I have painting robots Fanuc P-250iB (wall mounted, iron pedestal), 30iB Plus controller with additional horizontal and vertical integrated axis and I faced with a problem.
After single axis mastering I setup robot in controlled start as Wall mounted, Iron pedestal, pointing downstream (R=-90), LH, RO and other default. For external horizontal axis setup +X dairection and motion sign=TRUE and for vertical +Z direction and motion sign=FALSE.
After that I have a problem with wrong direction of first axis in JOINT and wrong X,Z direction in WORLD. Also different between what controller show in 4D Graphics Display on TP and in the reality (Robot position in reality and on TP). Different is 73.254 degrese by first axis.
I created new robot from All of above backup of existing robot in Roboguide and it moving well in software.
However, if configurate robot as Floor mount it working well.
Could help me with this problem, please?
