I have a small problem with "my" robot CRX 20-iA/L. I need to disable the Stop Contact Function. As described in the Collaborative Robot Function Manual in chapter 5.1.1 I have changed the payload change distance (for testing to -20mm or +20mm for X, Y and Z). Like this:
Also I wrote a program to test. Ok, actually I "kind of copied" the program from the manual:
P[1] has been teached some 50mm below HOME. Stepping through the program I immediately get a SYST-348 Payload monitor (Force) warning and a SYST-324 Over Payload change distance, as soon as line 2 is executed although the robot hasn't actually moved a single mm. Checking the values under [MENU] > [SYSTEM] > [DCS] > [Collaborative robot] reveals:
Have I forgotten / overseen something or have I made something wrong?
