How can you realize the work of a robot with a bending machine? What kind of software is needed for this on the robot? Previously (KCC 8.2-8.3) KUKA.BendTech was used, but it is no longer available for order.

If they don't offer it anymore, you would have to write your own math....
Complicated, as you need to consider, grip position top or bottom, robot follows part, material thickness, radius, bend location, speed, angle and a lot of other details.
Easy if you just bend the same part from start to end without following, then you just touch-up 2 points!
All right. this is the big problem. a large number of parts and bends. I think this can be done with RSI with top knife position control - BendTech worked on that.

have not tried it myself but explanation and implementation seems decent atleast when i skimmed thru it.
but most cells i have seen have either release the sheet inbetween operations or faked it to a decent amount. Depending on the parts you aim to produce it is in no way certain that they require bend following
