Trying to download a particular emulator to match a customer project. Getting the message:
Exception of type 'SRS.Services.InvalidHashUpdateException' was thrown.
Clicking OK generates another box with the same text.
I have contacted Staubli to no end. Their secure.stuabli/intranet site only has downloadable installers up to 7.x.xCS8_xxxxx. Can anybody tell me where to download the more recent installers? In particular looking for 8.8.3Cs9_BS1660.
Alternative would be to try and export from another computer that does have the correct emulator. Is there a way to accomplish that? I already copied the files over to the same folder on the new install...
