TAST with Fanuc R30iB Plus and Kemppi A7 450

    Hi All,

    I have a Fanuc ArcMate with an R30iB Plus connected to a Kemppi A7 through Ethernet IP. The IO was mapped using the xml file (version 15) provided by Kemppi and the robot/welder are connected directly with an Ethernet cable between the Kemppi fieldbus module and Port 2 (CD38B) on the robot.

    There are no issues during welding without TAST, however we start to use TAST the robot stops with a SYST-051 and TAST-004 alarms.

    Performing a cold start as per alarms menu does not fix the problem.

    Just wondering if anyone else has encountered the same issue and has resolved it?
