Usually this error is produced when you try and reset the conveyor position whilst the robot is in motion.
In your autostart3.pc you are scanning for input 1040 in order to reset the conveyor position to 0.
1. What is sending this signal to the robot.
2. What is the main motion program segment executing when this signal is being sent.
