I have Nachi robot FD model, with alarm Encoder Failure E0036 Encoder Initialize error J2

I tried to do writing encoder ID, encoder reset & encoder correction procedure but the alarm still not fixed

And somehow the error code not written on the manual book

How do i check the power supply voltage to encoder ? I still cant find the "CONTROLLER MAINTENANCE MANUAL"

for knowing + & - pin for power supply to encoder
