My batteries went on so I need to do zero positiionioning.
Problem is My JGRFM frame and some joints are off now.
I have backup, which files do i need to backup

As long as no hardware has changed, Reload SYSMAST.SV and avoid the zero position mastering.
Zero position mastering by eye using the witness marks is a sad way to master a precision machine.
