I have lost one weld proces, and sucssesfuly loaded awsetup.sv on my robot.
But I also have something wrong with Weld I/O while i now getting E3 missing I/O errors.
Which .sv I need to load that this parameters will be loaded.

Hi.
I have been cutting with Plasma normal, until today when ARC 040; EQ3 (plazma) Missing I/O: current appeared.
I remember that we have the same error last year, but I dont remember how we solve it.
The thing is, we dont use robot to control Current on plasma, acctualy is not even connected.
Any solution?

Guys, I have cell with robot on rail and one 2axis positioner.
I have made few programs without positioner.
But now I want to add some fixture to positioner (distance from positoner) (see PAKNE on image)
and ther part on this fixture. (see mantl0265 on image)
I want to move object simultanously to cut with plazma.
But I cannot attach to positioner.

Hello guys,
I have Robot on rail, with 3 spaces, 2 for mag welding and 1 for plazma cutting.
But now I have some tube to cut, and want to move my plazma to space 1.
What I need to change, that robot controller will allow me to cut in other place?

Hy Guys.
I have Roboguide installed on Win10, with V8.30 and V9.10 in directory.
Now I need V7.70 for one older robot and I get FRVRC 7.70 original from Fanuc but cannot instal on Win10.
What is the best way to do it? I need desperatly.....

OK turn off the controller, press and hold the PREV and NEXT buttons on the teach pendant while turning on the controller. Hold the PREV and NEXT buttons down until the robot "boots up". Select "controlled start" from the menu.
If it boots up, you will need to "cold start" it by pressing function and then "cold start".I have tried Controlled start, but then when I press FCTN -> Backup my screeen just blink and nothing happen, I cannot load any file.
I think my robot controler is somekind of locked or what? I also cannt write comment on programm, cant see all Config parameters?

Do not have so much time, but I can try to write you a helping hand. First do it in RG and if that works post the same file from real robot, and need to check the software there.
Look at the attached screen, double clink there, then choose "Serialize Ro" - which is in reality Serialize robot, then without changing anything go to step 6 Robot Options - choose Extended Axis Cotrol (J518) and go until the end. Robot will load the new software. Try to check then,
