Hi, im using scara robot SR6iA and R30iB compact plus controller.

My only way to communicate with PLC is JRM18 so my question is :

Is it possible to addres Cycle stop to my DI while using JRM18?

    Thank you for help.

It is possible. You have to map the UOP signals to rack 48, slot 1 and the start address of the digital inputs and outputs you want to use (MENU > I/O > UOP > CONFIG). Also make sure the wiring between your PLC and the JRM18 connector or terminal conversion module is correct.

My mapping was done by UOP auto assignment which doesnt map Cycle stop.

Also when i checked manual for my controller i havent seen Cycle stop in JRM18 config.

According to the manual you can also map UI[4] to rack 48, slot 1, start 14. In that case, Reset and CSTOPI will be mapped to the same digital input. You could also change the UOP auto assignment to e.g. Full and map the signals in a way you need it.

By the way, you can deactivate the auto configuration of inputs and outputs with setting the system variable $IO_AUTO_CFG to FALSE.
