you probably don't put it out of reach of the robot. also maybe do not put it straight in front of the robot so that you can eliminate A1 reversal while milling.

thank you for you help.. i put it inside the reach of the robot but i didnt understand what you mean by do not put it in front of the robot so that you can eliminate A1 reversal while milling
thank you @panic mode
when A1 is at zero, robot is 'looking' forward. on one side from that position A1 is always positive, on other it is always negative. it does not hurt to narrow down range of values for Status and Turn so that for any calculated positions there is less chance of need for manually correcting the values. same goes for avoiding singularities. another thing to watch for this particular robot is space behind robot since the motors on elbow stick far out. if you do not have enough room behind the robot, you may (and always should) setup axis limits and and workspaces but this may prove to be annoyance to avoid. so consider how far in the negative direction A2 may need to be able to go when A3-A6 are horizontal.
thank you for your help after your advice i did this designee ... i add a extension to the robot base to give the robot extra table to give the robot more handling in the milling processes so how do you think about this extension is okay to just fix the robot in the floor without the fear of the table of 7 axe that is to high
if there's no need for the table for the robot i can win more time and finish the table without extra work
panic mode thank you your really a saver to me
