Hello we have a larger abb robot that picks up out of 4 different fixtures. We have one that crashed and after teaching it up only the one spot everything was fine for a few hours then crashed more often. When we look at the axis positions they are the same as taught but the robot is clearly about 10mm from where it was. We know the fixture isn't moving by witness marks. But the strange thing is if something was loose or slipping wouldn't it mess with all positions. All others seem fine. We have retaight it about 4 times now. Last time seems to be happy for the time being, bit any idea what might be causing this? Thank you.

Hi
I would
Teach the robtarget, write the number on a piece of paper
Run
When you have the issue, Look at the actual position , the value of the data robtarget and your piece of paper,
Maybe you find something doing that

Maybe you have any offset active?
Check
PDispOff;
EOffsOff;...
Maybe you modified the workobject or the tool... and even the target point is the same you could have modified the position while an offset or change in your workobject/tool was active.
Hope this helps.
