I am loosing my mind with this one.
Have several segments, I want the beginning and end Rotate: normal to surface to be different, under the "raw normals" tab. So that along the path the orientation of the EOAT changes gradually. I have never been able to make this work. I have gotten around it by making several segments then using the "Pos Offset" tab. Then changing the Rotate: Normal to surface axis value. This works, but results in an abrupt change in robot motion from the end of one segment to the beginning of the next. Sure this can be mitigated somewhat by adding more segments and gradually changing the angle. And this is what I have done, but I am now I a scenario where that is proving difficult.
Why have a entry box for data at the beginning and end, if you cannot change the end value? What am I missing?
Also to clarify, under the "raw normals" tab, all other functions work as I would think they should. Rotate: along segment, Rotate: across segment. These can both be changed at the beginning and end and again have results that make logical sense. However the damn Rotate: normal to surface can only be changed at the begging, not at the end. WTF?
