Hello, I'm kind of stumped here with this error. I ordered some prefab module and cable to be used for the external I/O (XGPIO) option for the F controller (https://www.gravitonltd.co.uk/f-series) and it seems that when I connect the cable to the XGPIO slot, this error E1345: Limit switch signal line is disconnected occurs. This signal shouldn't have any relation with the XGPIO, but it does clear when I disconnect the cable and reappear when I connect it.
Is this possibly a noise issue? or if somehow the cable is pulling 24VDC internal down too low when I plug it in? I'm not sure if there are actually any settings to enable the XGPIO other than signal allocation as I can't find anything in the manual regarding this.
