Hello Everyone,
We have MH5L manipulator with DX100 controller for pick and assembly purpose of motor.
L-axis belt broke which I replaced and initialized(calibrated) L-axis to home position.
Everything went well but in the end while inspecting all joints of the arm I noticed that there is a little bit of play in it.
See attached video.
I am suspecting something wrong with speed reducer or bearing.
I need some expert advice on what could be a root cause of it and How can I handle it as this robot is part of high priority production Work Cell.
