hi lately my irb120 with irc5 is behaving strangely.

couple of months back it started off with the auto and manual selector switch, switching to either function sometimes it does not recognized, I have to switch it back and fro a few times or do it slowly.

and lately my devicenet D652 IO does not show up in the system when machine is switch on, device net board missing, have to resolve it by restarting the system.

Log stated it does not have power v24 to device D652.

    yesterday 2 issues occur,

    - the emergency switch function gave me problems. error 20202, 20212

    - Error in 37001, contractor switch error. Motors ON contactor 2 or 1 in drive module 1 failed to close when ordered.

There is once the robot arms moves with a squeaking sound, as if it is moving with brakes on, but after a while the sound is gone.

Is there anyway to test and check if my IRC5 is functioning well?

I have attached the log here.

    this is interesting
     2021-11-11 13:03:55 Cb_mirror.c 388 Warning, application software don't match HW, application running.

for the others I would advise you to check the internal panel power supply.

do you have a compact or standard cabinet?

    What does this error means?

    2021-11-11 13:03:55 Cb_mirror.c 388 Warning, application software don't match HW, application running.

I am using the compact controller
