hello, I have a lot of experience with fanuc programming for welding, but very little experience in things like palletizing or repetitive shifting set up in a job.
I have a weld project for a Fanuc R-30iB w Arcmate 120iC that I'd like to set up to weld multiple weld beads on plate (weld overlay) and believe I can do this by using position registers and registers vs 50-100 points. I'm just wanting a welding start and end point, and then the robot to shift or offset the next weld 2mm and repeat x amount of times until my plate is completed.
If any one can help me with basic job structure and recommendations for setting up data and position registers it would be greatly appreciated!
