I have a strange behavior that is couterintuitive...
When I use the E-Stop, the robot stops it's move softly ans quickly as expected.
I have also a FSU card with a zone limitation associated with a light curtain. When the operator is in the zone and also the robot, it stops as expected. The issue is that this stop is very violent and the robot shakes.
in the documentation, the E-stop is expected to be an category 0 stop (immediate with the brakes and without control) and the functionnal stop is supposed to be category 1 (controlled with brakes after stop). From what I see, it seems the opposite...
Does anybody has ever seen this issue or can explain it to me? And if so, know how I can solve this?
