Hello. Not sure if this issue was already discussed but here goes.....on a M10i-A/10M robot, the low battery alarm came up under a year and while changing them, saw the batteries were leaking. I cleaned and changed the batteries but I realized the saved data was lost due to the low battery alarm not clearing, however, I cleared the error and I positioned all 6 axes and attempted the zero mastering but I was prompted “Robot not mastered” I attempted the quick mastering but got stuck at the point where I need to change “$MASTER_DONE” from FALSE to TRUE. When I hit f4, it changes to true for a fraction of a second then reverts to False and remains in this False state.
What should I do next??
