I've got an Rj-3 controller and a 710 robot. I'm getting SRVO-105 alarm after I pull in the deadman and clear the srvo-003 alarm. I've tried:
1) checked fuses on servo amp, PSU, and control panel board. All are good.
2) switching to auto mode does not clear alarm
3) triggering and releasing the control panel estop and TP e-stop. They each give their respective alarm and clear,
4) I've checked the controller door switch for continuity before and after mechanical pushing switch. It is normally open and works properly when closed. I also tracked back the wires to the emergency stop board. They also work properly when triggered.
5) I've rewired jumpers on all slots of the control panel board as Fanuc does from the factory.
6) Replaced TP cable, and also the TP
7) Replaced the control panel board
Replaced the Emergency stop board
I cannot see any of the LEDs on the emergency stop board lighting up. I know the PSU is sending 200V through the CP2 cable. I checked with a voltmeter and I can also here the controller fan power down when I pull the CP2 cable.
Can someone please advise what I should do next? Is there anything else to check? I'm afraid its coming down to replacing the servo amp. However the technical support guy doesn't think it's the servo amp and it is something on the emergency stop board preventing it from powering up.
Please advise,
Thanks!
