Hello gurus!
I have a problem regarding a Yaskawa Motoman MPL500 robot. More specifically, when i am powering up the DX100 controller cabinet, the pendant comes with an error (Controller<->Pendant Connction Faild.) and does not go any further (see attachment). A week ago we were able to move the robot manually via the teach pendant, but something has gone wrong since. In between, we have mounted the setup around the robot without using it, so we are not sure about when the issue occurred or why.
The controller cabinet is a Yaskawa DX100 (Type: ERDS-MPL0500-E02), the robot MPL500 (Type: YR-MPL0500-B04) and the pendant is of type JZRCR-YPP01-1.
We have tried with another teach pendant, another cable from the control cabinet and to the pendant, without any luck. Also, when we were able to drive with the robot earlier on, it was mounted temporary with an extension cord and now, when it comes up with the error, it is mounted with the scheduled fixed cable.
In addition, we tried to disconnect the PROFIBUS and PROFINET from the control cabinet, because all the components are not mounted yet and the programming part is not done yet as well.
Hope anyone can help, or have any ideas on what we could do in order to get it up running again!
Kind regards
