Probably means your robot is in nomotion or some other thing is enabled in the test cycle menu. Take a look in there. Menu->2.

My group motion is disabled and it won’t let me enable it.
-
Is there ever a reason to use bypass on controllers? If so, why?
-
I use it extensively in final inspection line tracking systems. Good to verify your programs are going to go where you want them to before you send the robot inches away from a fully finished vehicle.
Another reason is for volume checks on a dispenser path. Put bucket under gun, turn on no motion, run path, weigh bucket. Verify correct amount of product is coming out.

Ok I got the group motion enabled but now it’s throwing SDAL alarm??
-
Whats the number with the alarm?
-
Ok. Thank you

SRVO-138 SDAL (G:2 A:6) I’ve cycled power and reset the coders. Is there a way to determine which robot it would be ?
-
Looks like it is on your 2nd group, 6th axis.
SRVO-138 SDAL alarm (G:%d A:%d)
Cause: A Pulsecoder signal error was detected by the software. The probable cause is noise or a failure (disconnection) in the
Pulsecoder internal circuit.Remedy:
1. If a normal operation can be resumed by turning the controller power off and on again, it is likely that the cause
is noise. Enhance the shielding of the Pulsecoder cable.
2. If a normal operation cannot be resumed by cycle power, the Pulsecoder is defective. Replace it, and perform
mastering.
