Hi all,
When it's time to pick parts from a pallet in a matrix way (X rows * Y columns), I've always thought on creating a workobject that is in the same plane than the physical pallet, storing the first pick position and then calculate offsets in the X / Y axis depending on the current part.
The idea is very easy, but in the past, I've got problems related to the robot precision which has been completely incapable of picking the parts correctly unless I added special correction factors everywhere.
Apart of getting an absolut accuracy robot or calibrating one, is there any better method to pick parts from a pallet?
How do you do that?
Any hint?
