Our robot removes baskets from a pallet, stack of 7 that are fed into and located into position on a conveyor, after picking a basket it dumps the parts in the basket into a hopper, then re-stacks the empty baskets on a pallet located downstream on the conveyor.
What is best programming method to remember where the robot was and return to that portion of the program after recovering from a fault, or other short stop situation?
Robot = Fanuc R-2000iC/165F, Controller = R-30iB Plus.
