A robot was replaced then mastered and axis 5 and 6 were off ALOT. Did a single axis mastering to the tick marks and still off. I reset pulse code, moved to tick mark, master single axis then exec then apply dcs cycle power then calibrated. Still was off horribly. The touch up is going to be terrible. Help! I don’t know what else to do

What type of mastering was attempted the first time?
Would a zero position master be precise enough for your application?
Why can you just reattempt a zero position master instead of doing these single axis?
Why didn't your facility just use the master counts from the new mechanical unit (rebuilt?).
Also, I assumed this was a Fanuc Support Question, and it should probably be moved from the general forum.

It’s a robot that has a 7th axis Did that first then single axis the rest. It’s a real tight area I think she couldn’t see the marks. 7 th axis is good I could try zero position for 1-6 axis
