It’s a robot that has a 7th axis Did that first then single axis the rest. It’s a real tight area I think she couldn’t see the marks. 7 th axis is good I could try zero position for 1-6 axis

A robot was replaced then mastered and axis 5 and 6 were off ALOT. Did a single axis mastering to the tick marks and still off. I reset pulse code, moved to tick mark, master single axis then exec then apply dcs cycle power then calibrated. Still was off horribly. The touch up is going to be terrible. Help! I don’t know what else to do

A robot got mastered away from the tick mark on axis 1 and now I’m getting collision faults? We’ve already started touching up jobs. Should I remaster axis 1 ? I’ve also heard changing the motor has solved the collision faults?
