Fu...k, of course I've done a mistake with wrong DI module serial number sorry
Param data should be like on the last picture (number 5) from Your's com-profibus config.
Eeehhh .... school mistake once again :o)

hi joker.
first I attached some pictures look at it .(picture quality is bad but you can get something)
the I/O seems to me like they are predefined
for example ;
I can turn on any input with a wire ,but I don't see any changes in i/o monitor section at tp screen.
and I used do[1-8] 66 1 1 do[9-16] 66 1 9
but DO appears like system DO's (you can see in pictures ,I change Deadman_hndl status by pressing deadman switch .and I don't turn on another DO it always turns itself off)
I also used do[17 - 24] , do[100 - 108] etc... but nothing has changed
so for these reasons they seems to me like they are preconfigured
you can see all the files in attached picture
I delete all the program files (*.tp) (except 3 files ,these are my test files.)
I thought that may be they were related with I/O assigmentnow system has only these files (second picture)
there are two files , diocfgsv.io and syslio.sv .I think these are related with io .may be I must delete them or change with a same file (but empty file)
what do you think ?

Try to do not use DI/DO configuration for I/O's 1-21(in most often cases this is adress area for plc communication).
Try to take DI/DO from [100 - ...] (for a moment).
Do You want to use PLC in the future to controll robot work??
Could You send me a contoller backup from that robot??
Could I ask where do You live or work?? -

*no, I don't want to use PLC
only rj3 as master and et200s as slave*I attached controller backup

So, it means that I cannot visit You ... little bit to far away
If You press deadman and set DO 100 for example, then anything is coming to ET200??
Any module sets the output to on?? -
So, it means that I cannot visit You ... little bit to far away
If You press deadman and set DO 100 for example, then anything is coming to ET200??
Any module sets the output to on??no there is nothing change in module output.
and the strange thing is , the output comment is "deadman_hndl" but this output also act as a deadman switch.
I can't change it's status with f4,f5(on/off) key ,I change it by pressing deadman switchit seems to me a little bit strange, it behaves like system output

Any active interconnections??
-
Any active interconnections??what is interconnection ?
I will look at it tomorrow .
-
Any active interconnections??good day , joker.
I saw that (menu -> I/O->F1->interconnect) , some interconnections are available (including deadman_hndl) .I disable all of them
but nothing changed. I/O, still does not work
-
Elo,
are You using exactly parameters which You have from comprofibus for config data and param data??
Electrically everything is ok? I cannot tell too much when I look at the picture, but look like I/O's are not wired (only power) - but that's only my opinion.
I do not have good software to open sys 5.22 but I'll try to open it anyway... just little bit of time. -
hi joker.
when I compare comprofibus parameters with yours , I saw that 8. parameter is different
(64 - 0x40 in comprofibus , 32 - 0x20 in your parameter)when I change this value to 32 ,
now the module works fine with parameters, listed below,and assignment ,that can be seen in attached picture.
user parameter data length :44
user parameter data : 0 0 0 16 129 0 0 32 0 192 0 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 32 1 0 56 9 0 56 9 0 56 9 0 56 9 0 32 1 0 18 18 18 32 1 0 18
configuration data length : 11
configuration data : 0 16 16 16 16 0 32 32 32 0 32thanks very very much for your all help.

That's true because as I wrote I've done mistake.
I've taken param data for wrong DI module
Good to know that stuff is working.
Best regards.J

Hello ,
i have a S420IW with an RJ2 controller with the A16B-3200-0220 profibus board and i wanna to install in it a I/O ET200S how would i do exactly to make it run i have only an 4DO module with a power module pls help me , my problem is similar to your and there is no differences in configuration between the RJ3 and the RJ 2 and thank you very very very much. -
hi
if you look at the attached file; I think, you will find the codes for your modules.
for example ;
for the cpu module parameters are ;
0 0 0 16 129 0 0 32 0 192 0 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1
for the power module I have; this is, what is written in attached file ;
Module = "6ES7 138-4CA00-0AA0 PM-E DC24V" 0x00 (configuration data. must be converted hex to decimal 0x00 = 0 )
4
Ext_Module_Prm_Data_Len = 3
Ext_User_Prm_Data_Const(0) = 0x20,0x01,0x00 (parameter data. hex to decimal 0x20, 0x01, 0x00 = 32 1 0 )
Ext_User_Prm_Data_Ref(2) = 41
EndModulefor the output module I have; this is, what is written in attached file ;
Module = "6ES7 132-4BD00-0AA0 4DO DC24V" 0x20 (configuration data. must be converted hex to decimal 0x20 = 32 )
25
Ext_Module_Prm_Data_Len = 1
Ext_User_Prm_Data_Const(0) = 0x12 (parameter data. hex to decimal 0x12 = 18 )
EndModuleso , if I have your module structure, like ; cpu-power-DO
the configuration must be like this ;
user parameter data length :23
user parameter data : 0 0 0 16 129 0 0 32 0 192 0 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 32 1 0 18
configuration data length : 2
configuration data : 0 32I hope you understand what I mean
and I hope this will work -
Terminator gave You a list with usr/config data, put it in and look if it is working. If not give an info. Regads. J.

i have used all this parameters the BF led become blinking and i have PRO-007 stop.g parametre fault and i have changed the output and input bytes but it didn't work , would you please give me all the parametres of the bus and slave parametres , and i think as i have only 4DO so i can use only 1 byte as output in the master screen , and thank you very very much for your reply .
-
i'm sorry for that but there is any soon reply because it realy became a serious situation in were i work and my boss is very mad of me pls help me and thank very very very much.
-
Disconnect all modules which are not necessary and make a pictures of all screens with bus config. I have to look what is going on.
-
ok. I would like to tell you step by step;
enter MENU -> SETUP -> PROFIBUS -> (F3)SLAVE PARAM
choose 1 and select (F2)DETAIL
1 slave ENABLE
2 station adress (you must write your et200 module dipswitch configuration in decimal)
3 comment (write something)
4-5 0
6 input bytes 4
7output bytes 4
8 slave flag 192
9 active ON
10 new param ON
11 slave type 0
12 station status 136

32 parameter data (enter detail and enter this configuration one by one ;0 0 0 16 129 0 0 32 0 192 0 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 1 32 1 0 18)
33 configuration data length 2

37 slave user data bytes 0

output bytes 64
input bytes 64
slave parameter init OFF
max digital port num 256enter MENU -> I/O -> (F2)CONFIG -> (F3)choose OUT(DO)
make your assignment like;
DO[1-4] rack 66 slot 1 start 1
DO[5-256] rack 0 slot 0 start 0and as joker said, remove last two base module because there is no upper module connected to these
and I am wondering, with this module you will have only 4 output, is it enough for you?I hope this configuration works
-
hi ,
i have removed the two other parts and for the configuration i can't enter 64 bytes in the master screen only 32 and i have the same erro -
