First thing, if You have only one 4DO module then You have input bytes 0, output bytes 1.
For master You have to look in plc controller what is reserved (byes in/out) for robot communication and what adress is signed for robot.

Disconnect all modules which are not necessary and make a pictures of all screens with bus config. I have to look what is going on.

Terminator gave You a list with usr/config data, put it in and look if it is working. If not give an info. Regads. J.

Hi, I will send You gsd for simatic but You have to wait until tommorow. For any other configuration I could also help but YOu have to tell me what You exactly need
-
How fast You need informations about Karel? I will help You if You really need but I'm working now in project and spent many times in work, so I could not help online. But if You have bit more time then I will help You fo sure.

Hi,I know, it isn't difficult to set the robot as slave.
But now the robot should work as master because the profibus of the Jetter-plc only works as slave...
So I need to put the information of the GSD-file into the robot but I don't know how..??You will not load GSD file into robot, 'cause it is not possible. You have to write in the robot software everything what You need from GSD file. Have You got a GSD files for Your devices? Could You eventually send it to me?
Any way.... If I understood right, You want to control PLC from robot side?? If yes, then this is really not standard solution -
Hi, You don't need to have any gsd file for PLC connection.
You have to only know what is an adress of robot in hardware PLC and how many input and output bytes are reserved for robot<->plc connection. CONSISTENT FLAG switch to OFF. That's all folks
GSD file You need to setup slave devices parameters. -
Czesc, nadal potrzebujesz pomocy?

Ver 7.6 or > I believe, You can Connect your laptop...Ip the robot in windows Explorer and view the Fanuc internal Webpage and you will find I/O Commenting it's new. I've used it and it works Great!ver 7.6 and if not?? If it is older controller or I do not have iPendant??
That, what Jim has made is more flexible. Of course it is only my opinion. -
I've uploaded some karel code to the tools sub-board.use
INCLUDE KLIOTYPS and I think that section CONT io_dout,Io_din .... etc is not necessary.

I have never met with RJ-2, but in R-30iA if you have AOA backup, you can check in SYSPASS.SV (edit as text) what is the password...Like wroted, controlled start, load syspass.sv without password and that's it. If You haven't that file I could send You that on priv.
Quick way I think. -
That's true because as I wrote I've done mistake.
I've taken param data for wrong DI module
Good to know that stuff is working.
Best regards.J

Elo,
are You using exactly parameters which You have from comprofibus for config data and param data??
Electrically everything is ok? I cannot tell too much when I look at the picture, but look like I/O's are not wired (only power) - but that's only my opinion.
I do not have good software to open sys 5.22 but I'll try to open it anyway... just little bit of time. -
Any active interconnections??
-
So, it means that I cannot visit You ... little bit to far away
If You press deadman and set DO 100 for example, then anything is coming to ET200??
Any module sets the output to on?? -
Try to do not use DI/DO configuration for I/O's 1-21(in most often cases this is adress area for plc communication).
Try to take DI/DO from [100 - ...] (for a moment).
Do You want to use PLC in the future to controll robot work??
Could You send me a contoller backup from that robot??
Could I ask where do You live or work?? -
Fu...k, of course I've done a mistake with wrong DI module serial number sorry
Param data should be like on the last picture (number 5) from Your's com-profibus config.
Eeehhh .... school mistake once again :o) -
I'm not native english, so forgive if I wrote something what is not understanable.
Did You done controller restart after DI/DO config (when pending info is displayed)? If not then You have to make it.
I'll check config data anyway.
Next thing - I've put DO[70-77] only for example, if You want to use another range od I/O then You can make it (it can be 1-8) :o)
START PT is corresponding to profibus byte which You want to assign to I/O.
Example: if we want to use first byte to adress DI [1 - 8] then normally we should use RACK 66 SLOT 1 START PT 1, DI[9 - 16] 66/1/9 the same for DO.
Offset corresponds to profibus communication byte, You can shift I/O by offset but if this is not necessary to not use it because it will be an empty byte(s) on bus traffic.
