Yes, you're on your way for sure, I remember these days.
Wondering what these messages were and wondering if I've just broke it...………
First Image:
Red Box:
- Exactly correct, IP of KROSET is always 0.0.0.0.0.0, so a 'real world' backup will force that message.
- That's why I always remove it.
Green Box:
- Not really, the main header in asterisks does not get looked at, but the ZROBOT part is reporting that information is different (could be the time/date or arm details), so it flags that up as it could be a completely different arm, but if you know it is the same, then you select force load.
Second Image:
Red Box:
- This is the hour meter, no. motors on, estops and joint distances travelled logs etc.
- You will just overwrite the existing ones with those.
- Not critical at all, unless you are using that information.
- Hence the message, I just force load usually.
Third Image:
- When you do a complete file load, more importantly the .ROBDATA1 section, this invokes this message.
- As the Arm Servo information has been changed, so it requires a power cycle.
- Just close the teach pendant, carry out a save and re-open it.
- In some versions of KROSET, I've seen instances where you can just reset it and it will clear.
