I have two painting robots Fanuc P200 RJ2 that paint parts on a automatic line (convoyer) and to avoid collision using interlocks with DI and DO between robots and in programming where I have the authorization of entry into the area (Wait DI[...]=1), if the robot has this programming line and an emergency stop detect after rearming the robot is not going back after the piece Until I have clearance in the area stay still. The Robot standing still gonna hit In the back parts or lose the window
painting.
Why does this happen? ( with a soft stop, this situation is not happening)
How can I turn around the problem?
