delete .stm files from MD

Hello, I loaded some .stm files onto a robot for GUI/HMI purposes and now I would like to delete those files because I do not want those HMI/GUI's anymore. When I try to delete the .stm files from the MD, it says file is protected. How can I delete these files????????
