What controller software version are you using? Are these robots on the same controller or separate? Which version and rev of RoboGuide do you have?
On the R-30ib+ controllers (v9.10) there is a way to do this if both robots are on the same controller. It is under Cartesian Position Check, and the method is called "Target Model Collision". This is only available in the most recent version of RoboGuide (V9 rev G, I believe).
both on same controller, thx i found that option, i will try find out how target model 1/ target model 2 works
probably im doing something wrong or its problem with my version ( v9 rev f) :< i can not define second target model as second robot
No, I was wrong. You cannot do robot-to-robot detection in DCS. Each DCS check can only use 1 motion group. Instead, you could set up a DCS cartesian zone that only 1 robot can be in at a time, but you would have to manage the logic of that yourself using either BG Logic or DCS inputs.
There is another option called Intelligent Interference check that can do robot-to-robot checking.
