Hello everyone,
I'm working with a KUKA KR180 R2500 with KCP4 and a SmartPad teach pendant.
This robot is mounted in a railway that has 5 lidar distance sensors (Sick LMS511-10100 https://www.sick.com/ag/en/detectio…mZfc2ltaT05NC4w)
This sensors trigger a "Slow Mode" and a "Stop Mode" when something gets close to their range, the problem is that this sensors are really sensitive right now, meaning that if someone stands "not so close" to the robot, this stops and need to restart the whole process again (a long process to restart everytime from the beginning), and because of the layout of the working area, the robot will receive proximity triggering every once in a while with things that are not so close to the robot.
Is there a way to change the values of distance of this sensors, or in the more extreme case, disable them from the robot?
I think that is not so easy as to disconnect this sensors, but maybe it is... Can you give me a hint of the proper way to make this right?
I hope to be as clear as possible with the main problem...
Thanks in advance!
