Dear all,
Thanks for interesting my theme)
I have two robots, which I see first time in my life. They are connected to the system, which waits response from them. One robot gives a response, but another doesn't respond at all.
On the secons robot the massage appears: "Configuration error I/O driver DN2DRV" and "can't communicate with computer"
First, I update drivers and reseat MFC card, but it doesn't help.
Could you advice me, how to start solve this problem?

"Connected to the system" -- what system?
"Can't communicate with computer" is not a standard KRL error message. What is the actual error code associated to this message?
Are these used robots you just bought, or are they part of a working production system? When did they last operate properly?
Check the DeviceNet cables, terminating resistors, and 24VDC power.
Check the settings of IOSYS.INI, DEVNET.INI, and... whatever "system" you have connected to the robot.
