The problem is, that the silly KUKA system adds a 'X' in front of the position names in inline movements. Open the Fold of a inline form and You will see.
So the $axis_act willl be named X$axis_act, may be this will not really work, but it definitely isn't the $axis_act.
This fact also must be in mind if You want to change coordinates of a position for a inline movement.Inline form:
LIN P1 Vel=1m/s CPDAT1 Tool[1] Base[1]will move to a position named XP1, so for changing the x coordiante You have to write
XP1.x = Xp1.x + 100
LIN P1 Vel=1m/s CPDAT1 Tool[1] Base[1] -
Thanks Hermann. This likely explains the fact that my positional data wasn't updating as expected when testing. I appreciate the brief example. Once I get back to our other facility, I will give this a shot.

Thank you Panic Mode, Skyefire, and Hermann. Between the information provided by the 3 of you, I was not only able to complete my task at hand, but also have a much better understanding of Inline forms and the structures that are created when working with them. The additional knowledge gained is highly appreciated.
Cheers!
