On the dx200 it's talking about terms
R1 and r2 s1 and s2
How would I use that Axes key to move those plates that spin and when it's loaded with the steel material and it's ready to weld? How would I set those axes key or the plates that has the steel material into position for the robot to weld. The cell I'm working on has Two robots.

R1=first robot on the controller.
R2=second robot on the controller.
S1=first external axis on the controller.
S2=second external axis on the controller.
Robots use SLURBT keys to move individual axes. X, Y, Z, Rx, Ry, and Rz to move the active tool control point.
The first external uses the S+, S- keys. The second uses L+, L- keys. Unless someone has allocated them to the E and 8 keys.
The robot key and ex axis keys will change the active piece of hardware. Depending on the group set you may have to use SHIFT and the ROBOT key or SHIFT and the EX AXIS key. Left column, 2nd and 3rd key up.

Hey thanks so I see if robot 1 is connected to the first external axes s+s- key and robot 2 is connected to second external axes L+L-
How would I use S3, where does S3 com play in this when I’m just using robot 1 and robot2??
