I've been reading the forum for information on an issue I am having, first off the robot is a lr-mate 200i and the controller is a rj-3. When I came in today the guys on the floor told me they couldn't start it and I found it has a brake abnormal alarm. After doing some research in the manual I can't really find a good place to start, This robot only has brakes on axis 2 and 3. I can jog is for a second or two then it kicks out no matter which axis I jog. When the alarm pops up there are two brake abnormal alarms however they do not specify and axis or joint just simply two srvo-018 brake abnormal alarms. I've read that this problem is a pain to diagnose I'm hoping with this information someone could point me in a direction. Please and thank you.
