We have ARC Mate 100iC robots, We had a robot that crashed into a mis-loaded part, and could not move the robot, not even by pressing SHIFT/RESET, with the yellow box with confirmation, robot would still not move, needless to say a maintenance guy moved the axis by slipping the gears, which I know is very bad for the motor and robot.
My question is, Is there a way to release the brake on a certain axis to move the robot? Is there a variable for that? Any help would be appreciated, thank you in advance!
