the other consultation is as change the hour in the pendant of motoman nx100

The harness could be the problem. The subcode should refer to all six axes, the 3 majors, or the 3 minors. A single axis, changing the motor will not help. The problem is elsewhere. Could be someone plugged in OBT and BAT connectors and fried the harness. Could be a pushed back pin at one of the connectors in the harness.
Change the hour, meaning date and time or the hours on the controller?
The harness could be the problem.
Try connecting an external axis battery to the motor.
I need to correct the time in teach-pendant, to be able to see the time when the defect occurred, when I look for it in the alarm lists
ok !!, I will try the advice you give me to solve the battery issue
MANAGEMENT security level. SETUP. DATE/TIME. Select and type in the information. The . (period) is used as the delimiter.
perfect !!!, I made the change, with this help, thank you very much !!!
Regarding the error "serial encoder battery" I read that in these occasions the CMOS file is reloaded, I wanted to know if the action is correct
good morning!, I wanted to know what possibilities Motosim software would have

No. The cmos would be reloaded if the memry battery was weak. Reloading will not cure a serial encoder battery connection problem.
ok !!, thanks for clarifying my doubts !!, I will continue looking for the connection problem !!, thanks!
