AnyBus-M EtherNet/IP!!!

I have never used the hardware version of Ethernet/IP, only Software Version.

I read about AnyBus-M EtherNet/IP (90210-1184DEK_General_Fieldbus_IO_Usage_Manual). AnyBus-M EtherNet/IP card is configured using RSNetWorx configuration
tool from Rockwell Software. I have questions:

1) RSNetWorx is license program so I have to buy a license. Right?
2) Can I use (free) another programme for changing parameters (vendr, product type ...)? If so, which program?
