Hello,
I am helping other students at my university department at their master thesis by programming the SDA20F for them.
Now after switching the robot on again and using an old programm, the robot moved weird and didnt move as intended.
When moving on the Z-Axis in the Cartesian Koo. System, the X-Axis moves, but it shouldnt. In the position menu, the x-Axis doesnt move, but in the reality it does.
When moving the X-Axis, the Y-Axis is moving too.
When moving the Y-Axis, the Z-Axis moves too.
It sounds like a changed/moved cartesian koo-system, but how is that possible?
In the logs I couldnt find anything about anyone else moving this robot. One week before the programm worked!
We didnt Change the tool, everything stayed the same. And this weird behavior is at R1 and also R2.
I am kind of lost now and dont know what to do.
I moved the robot to the 0-Position and it worked fine.
Currently one of the students is at the end of his master thesis, but the robot is not working properly.
