I´m new around here and I have some that I would like to clarify with your help. I´m using a FANUC R-30IA Controller for a FANUC IC100. The welding group is a Miller Auto Axcess 450.
My first issue (I will post separately the rest) is related to the touch sensing function. I have followed the manual step by step to perform a simple tast of detect a start point. When the robot starts to search, it contact the piece but don´t stop on this contact. I can not see any spark on this contact. Also, I have assigned and monitored signal WSI [3] status. If I jog the robot manually to the contact point, I never get the afforementioned signal ON.
Please, could anyone give me a piece of light on this issue?
