Hello,
I use KUKA KR 10 R1100 robot and KUKA KR C4 Compact robot controller. Recently, one robot servomotor has broken down. I replaced it. But the robot still does not work and shows an error - "KSS26011 Current overload after 1.0 s (A4) (MaximalCurrent)". The manual says that one of the reasons for this error can be the reduced voltage of the KUKA Power Pack. I measured the voltage that is supplied from the KUKA Power Pack to KUKA Servo Pack to power the servo drives (large black connector). It was 13.1 volts. It is right? I was eating 200 or 300 volts. Can KPP test KSP with low voltage before turning on high?
What do you think will help me tracing or KRCDiag to diagnose problems in the KUKA Power Pack? My robot does not report the KPP errors.
My configuration:
Robot: KUKA KR 10 R1100 sixx
Robot controller: KUKA KR C4 compact
Servo pack: KUKA Servo Pack Small Robot KSP061
Power pack: KUKA Power Pack Small Robot KPP011
