Are there any good ways to pass arrays to a a function or subprogram?
My current work around is to use 2 global arrays per function, and select which to use depending on if it was called via robot or submit interpreter (so they don't over write each other). This feels sloppy at best, and I have to believe there is a cleaner way to pass an array around.
I thought maybe I'd be able to pass by reference, by no dice.
Example, I have a linear regression algorithm I use all the time. It would cut down on SOO MUCH CODE if I could just pass it an array of positions.
Same question on the other end, I'm writing a Garaham scan to determine perimeter elements. I need to feed it a rather large array of points and have it also return an array of all the points on the perimeter. Returning arrays is also a no go.
