Not sure what you mean by self master.
But if you removed the batteries while the power was off then you have to master/cal each axis that has the bzal alarm or pulse mismatch alarm.
If you just have J6 alarm then you can do a single axis master/cal on it.

so, i lost all 6 position, battery was off. How i do it best, starting with axis 1 to 6, bring them on 0 position, or have i to do diffrent
-
You must use the marks provided by fanuc on each axis. Jog them to these marks from J1 - J6.
Then do a Zero Position Master, then calibrate.

i can move all 6 to mark position, then where i find 0 position master button? I had this never done, and after that I calibrate to the frame?,or home position?
-
Menu----System----Master/Cal---Zero Position Master
Then on the same Master/Cal Screen the last option should be Calibrate

I can not put all 6 on 0 position ,no room in robot , i try in the morning single master ,1 to 6 , put sel on 1 enter then after last one, calibrate, correct, and thank you for help, it made me hope, Peter Scherp, NC, at AKG of america

You are correct.

Try the single axis put all on 2, but now after hit calibrate, one axis moved down by self, and i have SRVO-310 ABC Unexpected ...,what can I do now, can't clear the fault

we got the robot running, mastered all o master, and done with 1 single master, because of the room, calibrate, and it was done, had axis 7 ,table to do also. thank you
