    Hello,
I am using R30iB with DualArm configuration and I am getting this error when I try to use SPOT, TIPDRESS, etc. functions:

    SVGN-009 Motion Group config. mismatch

Cause: The robot group and/or gun group are not enabled, in the group mask of this teach pendant program.
Remedy: Determine the robot group number and gun group number for this equipment, then recreate the program, with these
    groups enabled.

I want to do SPOT on robot no. 2, which has Group Motion : (*,1,*,1,*,*,*,*,) - on the group 2 there is Robot, and on group 4 there is Servogun.
My program PNS0011 has set Group Mask as (*,1,*,1,*,*,*,*,)
I simply can not add neither SPOT nor TIPDRESS.

I can see that if I change Gruop Mask for (1,*1,*,*,*,*,*) - then adding SPOT is working. The thing is that I need to make SPOT with using group 2 and 4, because those are gruops for Robot 2.

I do not really understand why this error occurs. Working with simulation there was not one.

make a backup of another robot that uses spot (top dress) and load only that program to the robot that has the fault, so that it recognizes both groups and then you edit the welding points

Have you selected equipment 2 in the program header?

Is there additional spot motion commands for group 4?

Just some suggestions, I'm not too familiar with spot dual arm. I could take a look if you post a backup.

Regarding your "Motion Group config. mismatch" alarm, I believe you are adding SPOT command for group 1/3 robot when your program header is calling group 2/4.
